where to begin

Once again your are quite an inspiration Elizabeth, boy that little boy has picked the right mommy, so the marathon seems so out there right now but I am ready to get my act together, been minimally working out so it is time to step it up. Thinking of cutting out white foods for a while, sugar, flour, pasta,,etc..... goal 25lb release . Two lb a week average sounds awesome, don't know the weight of this beautiful body but I am going to find out!!!
